Rashida Gordon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (License #MH16963) and Qualified Supervisor with more than 15 years of experience in the human services field. She is the owner of MVG Mental Health & Wellness, established in 2025, and brings over a decade of direct clinical practice working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Rashida holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and has served as Director of Programs for a community-based organization, where she oversaw mental health initiatives that strengthened local families and communities. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of settings—including the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, public and private schools, inpatient and outpatient facilities, and community-based services.
She provides both individual and group counseling, with group topics including leadership, marriage and family therapy, conflict resolution, peer pressure, self-esteem, and couples therapy. In addition to traditional counseling, Rashida offers faith-based services for youth, adults, and families who wish to integrate their beliefs into the therapeutic process.
Rashida delivers services in person at MVG Consulting’s Hollywood, FL office and via secure telehealth, ensuring accessible care for clients throughout Florida.
Leslie Brown, LMFT, QS
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (FL License #MT3766) | Qualified Supervisor | Data & Quality Assurance Manager
Leslie Brown is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (FL License #MT3766) and Qualified Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in achieving emotional well-being and stronger relationships. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and program evaluation skills, serving as both a practicing therapist and MVG’s Data & Quality Assurance Manager.
Her professional background spans community-based mental health, private practice, and organizational program oversight. Leslie has provided counseling in diverse settings—including outpatient clinics, schools, and community organizations—with a focus on relationship health, conflict resolution, trauma recovery, and stress management.
In addition to individual therapy, Leslie facilitates group sessions and workshops on topics such as effective communication, self-esteem building, and relationship skills. As a Qualified Supervisor, she mentors and guides mental health counseling interns on their path to licensure, ensuring high standards of ethical and clinical practice.
